Hints & Tips

Below are some hints and tips that I have found useful when using the various products that I stock.

• If you are trying to thread a needle with Nymo or another beading thread and the ends keep splitting, do not lick the ends as you would do with normal thread as the moisture will make the thread split even more.  Use either Thread Heaven or beeswax instead.

• Gathered silk pieces - if you roll and whip the edge of the gathered fabric you will get a fluted effect.
