Shipping Costs

DELIVERY TERMS:

An email will be sent confirming that your goods have been despatched.

Subject to goods being in stock, I aim to despatch your order within 48 hours of your payment being received/cleared, although usually goods are despatched either the same day or the next working day.

Should there be any delays or problems with sending out your order, I will email you.

I cannot be held responsible for any delays once your goods have been despatched. I package and address all orders as well as possible and do all I can to make sure they arrive safely. Therefore, I cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of goods whilst in transit.

POSTAGE & PACKING CHARGES:

I have tried to keep postage and packing charges to a minimum. The charge is based on the total value of your order.

UK Customers:

Unless you instruct me otherwise all parcels are sent by 1st Class post. Please allow up to 14 days delivery.

Recorded or Special Delivery can be arranged if requested by email immediately after placing your order if you are paying by Paypal, or if paying by cheque or Postal Order, your request can be sent with your payment. Please do not forget to add the additional charge to the final total for these services

Recorded or Special Delivery: If you require either of these services, please add the relevant amount shown below to the order total.

Special Delivery: £4.10 (Next Day Delivery)

If your order is of high value, or if you require your order urgently, I recommend that you request one of these services.

Overseas Customers:

Unless you instruct me otherwise overseas orders are sent by Airmail. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery.

Airsure, International Signed for Delivery and Insurance can be arranged if requested by email immediately after placing your order. Please do not forget to add the additional charge to the final total.

For overseas orders the following postage and packing charges apply. The charge is based on the value of your order. Unless informed otherwise goods are sent via Airmail.

Airsure, International Signed for Delivery: These services are available for overseas orders. Should you require one of these services, please add the relevant amount shown below to the order total.

International Signed for Delivery: £3.50
Airsure: £4.20

Both of these services insure your parcel up to the value of £30, however, at a cost of £1.50 you can purchase additional insurance for parcels up to the value of £500. Should you require extra insurance please notify me accordingly and add the extra charge to the total cost.
